What happened: The system already keeps your URL list free of duplicates,
so during import we automatically:
Skipped URLs that appeared multiple times in your file — only the first copy of each was used.
Skipped URLs that were already in the database — the existing rows were kept as-is.
Inserted everything else as new rows.
You can review the duplicates below, and (optionally) update the assignee of existing
rows to match the values from your file using the button at the bottom.
